Essential: B.Tech/B.E (Civil will be preferred) or B.Arch & Equivalent
Desirable: Any Specialization/Certificate in project management or architecture + MEPF services
Minimum 9+ years experience & minimum 5-6 years experience in retail construction Managed/handled retail interior designing & execution of various retail business formats which may require frequent travelling
Hands on Experience in retail roll out plan, MBO, LFR, FOFO, SIS & other modules, etc. Industry- Retail, F& B, real estate & construction etc.
shall be capable to expand vendor base & manage team (internal+ external)
Job Specific Comments
All construction site related work/activities:
Coordination & management of store design with execution and maintenance
Manage, Supervise & Coordinate for good quality construction within time schedule
Ensure the continuous availability of client supplied items without any hindrance to construction schedule, if any
Effective coordination between design & construction activity
Verification of contractors work/invoices in relation to the work executed as per terms & conditions of BOQ/contract
Monitoring & oversee site safety, statutory compliance/issues etc.
Attend all the design/construction meetings to resolve any upcoming issues & mitigate the risks involved whether direct or indirect
Excellent Skills for managing store maintenance issues closures & business operational migration
Specific Skills required:
Functional: Auto CAD, Revit, 3D/sketch up, good in graphics, MS project, MS Office, Photoshop & Coral draw etc.
Managerial: shall be capable to manage all construction related activities & related coordination with various stakeholders i.e. Architect & Multiple contractors
