Not satisfied with what you bought and want to exchange? Bring it to the Blackberrys/ Urbanstore within 21 days and exchange it with any other product of your choice.

  • Product can be exchanged within 21 Days from the date of purchase at any Blackberrys/ Urban Exclusive Store in the same state from where it was purchased.
  • Product can only be exchanged at any Blackberrys Exclusive Store in the same state from where it was purchased. Inter-state exchange is not applicable.
  • If the purchase is done from Large Format Retail Stores, Shop in Shops or MBOs- Exclusive Stores will not be able to accept the request; however the customer can try at their facility.
  • The returned product should be original, unaltered, unmodified and in a saleable condition with its original tag and label attached. If product is worn/ washed or has the tag/label removed, it will not qualify for exchange.
  • Product with the original invoice at the billing counter of the storebe presented at the time of exchange.
  • The policy allows for only exchange. Refund is not applicable.
  • Policy is not applicable on accessories and innerwear.
  • Exchange to be done against any product with same or higher value. In case of a higher value product selected, the difference in valuebe paid by the customer at the time of billing of the exchanged product.
  • If customer is not able to find the right size/ colour/ product at the time of exchange, a credit note based on the returned product’s selling price will be issued.
  • The credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue, after which it automatically expires. Customer is suggested to redeem the amount within the issued span of time.
  • Customer can redeem partial amount of the credit note. In this case, store will issue another credit note with the balance amount. This will be valid for another 90 days from the date of issue.
  • The credit note can be used to purchase any item of assigned value from any Exclusive store across India.
  • Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products, purchases done during EOSS and promotions. However, credit note can be redeemed against purchasing any product in the store, including the promotional/ discounted product.

RETURNS & Refund

  • As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled.
  • Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service on telephone 022-401-74-696.
  • If the package has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
Returns & Refund
  • We do not accept return requests on Innerwear & Accessories.
  • The items returned have to be in their original state/unused and accompanied by the original packaging and tag.
  • The merchandise purchased on discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect; in which case the customer is requested to notify the Blackberrys Customer Support team within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Deadline for Returns
  • You may return all items purchased fromthe Blackberrys India Online Store within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. To place orders for return please call us on our Customer Service number at 022-401-74-696.
  • Please note that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state with packing material, price tags, labels, etc.
  • The merchandise should not be in a used state. Soiled/stained/worn-out or torn merchandise will NOT be accepted.

Refund Policy
  • No Refunds will be given on merchandise purchased on discount unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Reimbursement is normally completed within 7 to 25 working days, once the request has been placed with our customer care executive. In case of returned goods, the refund is done within 7 to 25 working days after we have received the returned merchandise in good condition. Post which you will receive a confirmatory mail regarding safe receipt & acceptance of returned goods.
  • For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking), the transaction corresponding to the order will be reversed, if it is within 90 days of the original transaction date of the return order, into the Credit/Debit Card or Bank account which was used by the customer to place the order, within 8-10 working days receipt of the return order.
  • The reversal of the transaction is subject to a thorough quality check of the returned merchandise to determine whether it is returned as per the requisite terms & conditions. In case the refund has to be made beyond 90 days of the original transaction date, a cheque will be issued & dispatched in the name & address of the person who has placed the order

Manufacturing Defect Return Policy

In case the product bought from any Blackberrys/ Urban Exclusive Storeis perceived to be defective by the customer, MCCPL offersreturn of the product at its discretion and subject to following policy terms:

  • Product should be original.
  • Customer to present the defective product at the same Blackberrys/ Urban Exclusive Store where it was bought from within 6 months from the date of purchase (as part of the GST regulation, unless there is an exception at MCCPL’s sole discretion).
  • In case the original invoice copy is not available, customer must present the productat the store ensuring the label (Tag/ Taffeta) is present on the product. The store authority will authenticate the purchase date and price paid from the barcode on the label.
  • Damage caused by accident, improper wash & care, natural break down of colour & material and regular wear & tear are not covered under this policy. The presented defective product will be accepted at the store only after Store Manager's examining the defect.
  • Customer will be provided with an Exchange Form to fill. A copy of the form with reference number will be issued.
  • The product is then sent to the company head officefor inspection. Theprocess takes up to 10 working days.
  • The exchange will be considered on the exact amount paid by the customer for the defective product. In case of EOSS- the discounted MRP will be considered and not the actual MRP of the product.
  • The policy allows for only exchange if approved. Refund is not applicable.
  • For product damage caused by the customer, the Exchange Policy does not apply.
  • In case of approved defect from Product Assurance Team at MCCPL, the Store Manager will call the customer and invite for the exchange. Customer will receive a call to collect the product from the store. The inspection and decision from MCCPL will be final and binding.
  • When approved, a credit notewill be issued to the customer. It will bevalid for 90 days from the date of issue, after which it automatically expires.
  • The credit note can be redeemed against any merchandise of the similar value at the sameExclusive Store where it was issued.
